Who We’re Looking For
As a strategist at Tam-Tam\TBWA, you’ll be a key player in the agency’s strategic thinking. Curious, meticulous, and creative, your mission will be to turn complex client challenges into clear, compelling, and inspiring ideas. You’ll work closely with creative teams, clients, and other in-house experts to build strong brands and impactful campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on markets, current trends, and client needs, while providing innovative insights.
- Strategic Enrichment: Actively share your findings and strategic tools (from TBWA and beyond) with teams to fuel collective thinking.
- Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitors' advertising practices and integrate strategic inspiration to propose innovative solutions.
- Strategic Planning: Develop actionable strategic solutions and communication plans tailored to client needs, incorporating the latest trends.
- Performance Measurement: Track and evaluate strategic goals, monitoring key performance and success indicators.
- AI Tools: Contribute to the development and improvement of AI tools and apply them to real client cases.
We’re Looking for Someone Who
- Has 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in brand strategy, communications, or marketing (agency or client-side)
- Is intellectually curious, loves to dig deep, understand, and connect the dots
- Possesses strong analytical and synthesis skills, and can make strategic thinking accessible and engaging
- Can defend their ideas with rigor and empathy, whether internally or in client presentations
- Is organized and autonomous, yet always open to collaboration
- Enjoys leading discussions, workshops, or brainstorms and knows how to rally a team around a shared vision
- Has a solid understanding of various channels (media, digital, social, content, etc.) and knows how to integrate them strategically
- Is fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
- Is passionate about brands, culture, trends, and people
