Position summary
Reporting to the Media Group Director, the 360 Media Campaign Manager plays a key role in the development and success of client media campaigns. This role is involved in the planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of both traditional and digital media campaigns. The manager supports media strategists in their day-to-day activities, including research, coordination of media placements, tracking of direct buys, as well as the launch and optimization of campaigns across various advertising platforms.
Analytical, proactive, curious, detail-oriented, and highly organized, the 360 Media Campaign Manager works closely with strategists, media partners, internal teams, partner agencies, and clients to maximize campaign impact.
Responsibilities:
Research and Planning
- Conduct research on consumer behavior, media trends, and new opportunities;
- Analyze audience potential across platforms.
Campaign management
- Ensure rigorous tracking of digital and traditional media buys, timelines, and administrative processes related to campaigns;
- Create and optimize campaigns across various digital channels (social media, display and video, direct and programmatic buys);
- Coordinate creative assets with all stakeholders (creative teams, clients, partners);
- Ensure the collection of digital data using web analytics tools;
- Participate in billing processes and ensure compliance with deadlines and contractual commitments.
Performance monitoring and optimization
- Analyze in-flight campaign results and optimize performance in collaboration with strategists;
- Prepare detailed performance reports and provide optimization recommendations;
- Contribute to post-mortem analyses.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Has at least one year of experience in media;
- Demonstrates strong project management and cross-team coordination skills;
- Has excellent analytical skills and makes data-driven decisions;
- Is proficient with multiple digital platforms and tools (Google Marketing Platform, Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn);
- Has strong Excel skills;
- Is familiar with Vividata (an asset);
- Demonstrates strong values of integrity, transparency, and collaboration;
- Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment;
- Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and curious;
- Is able to clearly and effectively present results to clients and partners;
- Has full professional proficiency in both French and English (spoken and written) to ensure smooth and effective communication with clients, partners, and international teams.
