The Quebec Professional Association of Real Estate Brokers (QPAREB) brings together more than 13,000 members—experts who can make a huge difference when it comes to a real estate transaction. The problem is that modern day clients often believe they can complete the most important financial transaction of their life without the support of a broker.

A day of Disruption®

To jump start the kind of thinking that would eventually allow us to reposition the QPAREB, we organized a Disruption® Day with several brokers. This allowed us to fully understand their world and its challenges, and enabled them to articulate the very real advantages of doing business with a broker.

As the list of benefits grew, the strategy pretty much wrote itself: doing business with a broker means less of less and more of more.

To infinity (almost) and beyond (kind of)

The campaign communicated all benefits in a simple and humorous way on an infinite (almost) amount of platforms: TV, radio, OOH, digital, etc. For three years now, surveys consistently show consumers better understand the services offered by a real estate broker as well as their value.
